Raclette & Fondue Menu | Dining in our Wine Cellar
A First in the Lowveld!
Enjoy a fun-dining experience with Fondue Chinoise and Swiss Raclette in the privacy and irresistible romantic ambience of our well stocked wine cellar.
Raclette is a Swiss Cheese, which is melted with specially designed ovens over Baby Potatoes, Vegetables, Baguette and Pickles with a selection of Sauces and Gourmet Table Salad.
The oven has a hot plate on which you can grill a selection of meat to accompany your meal.
A Cheese Fondue adds to the experience.
Should you wish, we could also add the Fondue Chinoise, where you cook your meat in a soup broth and again enjoy this with the above condiments.
The price per person for the Fondue & Raclette is R 250.
Additionally, you may choose a Starter and Dessert from the a-la-carte Menu
which will be charged separately.
You are also most welcome to enjoy an a-la-carte dinner in the cellar.
Please note that due to demand, the Raclette & Fondue has to be booked in advance!
