We stayed for five nights at Oliver’s at the end of a three week trip round South Africa. We had wanted somewhere to chill and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is privately owned and run by the wonderful Tanya and her team. This really is a ‘home from home’. We took the deluxe suite which was extremely spacious, classically decorated and with all the modern amenities we required and we had a huge balcony overlooking the lovely pool area and golf course. The food here is superb – with the chef turning out plate after plate of mouth-watering dishes. Meals are served in a beautiful candlelit dining area. Breakfast is amazing and lunch is also available. The staff are, without exception, top class. The surrounding garden area is outstanding! Nothing was ever too much bother and everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and valued. Thank you to everyone at Oliver’s for providing an amazing ending to our holiday. We really didn’t want to leave!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 days while visiting the local sites Blyde River Canyon, Graskop, God’s Window and Panorama in December. The entire experience was amazing. Our suite was beautiful and overlooked the gardens and golf course. Food and service were absolutely fantastic, including great wine choices.
